Family Pictures & Corbin Pictures

We went last week and had family pictures done that were supposed to be done back at Christmas time, but because of all the bad weather never happened. Corbin did a great job and smiled almost the entire time! Here a few that we would like to share with everyone!

CHECK OUT MY NEW COUSIN

Is this the little guy my mommy and daddy kept talking about? I knew he was planning on coming out to play eventually, but when is he going to wake up so I can talk to him? I really like to talk and it looks like right now all he wants to do, is sleep! Come on Dillon, WAKE UP!!!!

Maybe if I give him some of my famous kisses he will wake up and talk to me!! PLEASE!!!!!!! Well, even if you don't talk now, I still love you and am so happy to have you as my little cousin. You are sooooo cute! (Not quite as cute as me, of course, but we are almost tied for first place in the baby contest!)

I kind of like this new little guy, but Darren can you PLEASE work on waking him up!!! Well, Auntie Megan and Uncle Darren you guys did a great job. I'm telling you he is almost as cute as me!!

NEWS FROM THE "FISH BOWL"

Here I am playing on the floor of my "fish bowl" at Hendrick's County Hospital waiting on my little cousin Dillon. I wish he would hurry up, but everyone keeps telling me he is going to be stubborn. I will love him just the same because my Uncle is kind of stubborn too, but we stil get along. I guess I will just play with my book, and hopefully mommy will just continue to strip these clothes off of me so I can get more comfy. I think daddy is going to come pick me up after while since I have been here since about 8:45-9:00 a.m. You know I have to go to bed sometime!

Play time

I love play time! I am working on sitting up on my own, right now I still like to use my daddy's big feet to keep me upright to ensure I don't tip over!

I LOVE MY BATH TIME!

Corbin loves his bath time and his bubbles. He really likes to get in the bathtub after eating his solid food and before his bottle. He just kicks and plays all day long. Hopefully, this will mean he will enjoy the pool this summer (we will keep our fingers crossed)! Also, we would highly recommend the tub seat. He likes to be able to kick and play and move his hands through the water! We started with the baby tub in the sink, but Corbin decided that he was a BIG boy and he needed to be in the BIG BOY tub!

We are SOOOO Ready

Well, Corbin is growing and we are still awaiting the arrival of his new little cousin, Dillon. He gets more and more excited as we keep telling him he is going to have a buddy to play with and get in trouble with. I think he is already secretly plotting things that they can do together.

Corbin continues to roll over constantly and is really trying to learn to crawl. He is able to hold himself up really well and scoots across the floor. He loves to roll ver on his belly and just sit and watch television. But, if he stays there too long without going anywhere except scooting a little closer he gets aggravated. He notices that the dogs can go everywhere very quickly, but it takes him FOREVER to get anywhere. He moves his legs like he is ready to go, but just isn't able to figure it all out just yet. Therefore, we decided to get him a new toy to try to help with this.

We got him his new MUSTANG. I think it may be the only mustang that I will ever be able to afford, but he loves it. It is a walker/walk behind toy for later. He really enjoys trying to get around in it, although he only can go backwards and sideways, instead of forward. He can't walk forward yet, but I am sure that he will get the hang of it. It at least allows him a way to antagonize the dogs back.

Well, I guess we will continue to try to wait patiently for our little cousin Dillon. We will be praying every night that everything goes well with him and that he is a happy and healthy baby. We look forward to sharing allof these memories and toys with him in the future!
